Choosing the right supplier!
We recently had a situation where we expressed concern with our client on the access and set up times. We are always honest and want to execute the perfect set up and de rig to assure minimum stress on the day. Sadly our client decided to cancel us last minute and move over to another funfair supplier who claimed they could set up to their exact requirements. Needless to say the set up did not go smoothly and as guests arrived the rides were still setting up including having scissor lifts on site. If a reputable supplier with years of industry experience expresses concerns with set up times, you should listen! We will never over promise to make a profit, we would rather lose the event than let our clients down!
